We gladly accept Visa / Master Card / Discover, American Express, Checks or Money Orders.
We make every effort to ship your order out promptly. However, there are times when this may not be possible. While we maintain a large inventory of Nutritional Products we may occasionally be out of stock on a particular item when you place your order. Getting the item back in stock may take from one to five business days or we may choose to drop ship the order from the company itself.
We will ship via U.S. Postal Service (flat rate) or UPS at our discretion. UPS deliveries can take up to 5-7 business days. If you have not received your order within two weeks, please contact us for an update.
We send many smaller packages, and all packages going to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO addresses, via the United States Postal Service. This can substantially speed up delivery times to East Coast locations. Delivery Confirmation or Tracking number is usually provided for USPS shipments.
All of our products are guaranteed to be of the freshest, highest quality available. We think you'll be delighted with any of our products. However, if for some reason you're not, please send an email for return instructions within 30 days of your receiving the product. Sorry, no refunds on empty bottles, packages or shipping charges.
There is $20.00 fee for any returned check or credit card denial.
